If you have a proven record of success in Ofsted inspections, strong safeguarding and SEN experience, and a dynamic management style, this could be your perfect next step. What We’re Looking For Level 3 or above qualification in Early Years (or equivalent). Minimum of 2 years’ experience as a Nursery Manager Strong understanding of Ofsted frameworks, safeguarding, and EYFS standards. Proven ability to lead, motivate, and develop staff teams. Excellent communication and organisational skills. Experience supporting children with SEN needs is essential.
