Role Overview: Location: Wood Green Package: Competitive salary + benefits Industry: Residential property management What You’ll Be Doing: Acting as the face of the development — greeting residents and visitors with professionalism and empathy. Handling calls, emails, and enquiries in a courteous, brand-aligned manner. Resolving queries or complaints quickly and effectively, escalating where needed. Supporting mobilisation processes for new developments, liaising with clients, contractors, and internal teams. Assisting with risk management routines — maintaining accurate records, certificates, and compliance data. Helping coordinate and oversee contracts for services and maintenance. Maintaining detailed system records to ensure smooth operations and audit compliance. Contributing to the safety and wellbeing of residents and colleagues through diligent health and safety practices. Main Skills Needed: Strong customer service and communication skills — in person, by phone, and in writing. Organised, proactive, and comfortable managing multiple priorities. A methodical approach to record-keeping and compliance processes. Confidence using technology and management systems. A collaborative mindset — able to work closely with contractors, clients, and colleagues. Genuine pride in delivering quality and consistency.
