Position Overview We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Contract Recruitment Consultant to join our dynamic team. The successful candidate will play a pivotal role in identifying, attracting, and placing qualified candidates for our clients’ contract positions. This role offers the opportunity to work with a diverse range of clients and candidates, providing valuable insights and solutions in the recruitment process. Recruitment Consultant Responsibilities Collaborate with clients to understand their contract staffing needs and develop tailored recruitment strategies.Source, screen, and assess candidates through various channels, including job boards, social media, networking events and referrals.Conduct interviews and skill assessments to evaluate candidates’ qualifications, experience and fit for contract roles.Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, including negotiating contract terms, coordinating interviews and facilitating offer negotiations.Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and candidates to ensure a positive recruitment experience and foster long-term partnerships.Stay updated on industry trends, market insights and best practices in contract recruitment. Recruitment Consultant Requirements Demonstrated ability to effectively source, engage and assess candidates across various industries and skill sets.Demonstrated high levels of motivation and a drive for success.Ability to thrive in fast-paced environments and handle pressure effectively.Strong communication, negotiation and interpersonal skills.Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.Proficiency in using recruitment software, applicant tracking systems and other relevant tools.
