Waiter / Waitress – Malmaison Join the Hotel du Vin Avon Gorge team as a Waiter / Waitress at Malmaison. The role offers a starting rate of £12.30 per hour, 15 hours per week, with flexible shifts across all 7 days of the week, including evenings and weekends. About the Role The Avon Gorge Hotel is part of the iconic Hotel du Vin brand, featuring a relaxed, stylish townhouse style accommodation and a bistro‑style restaurant with a diverse wine selection. As the face of the restaurant, you will be responsible for controlling table flow, coordinating with the kitchen and management, and ensuring a smooth dining experience for guests. We offer nationally recognised apprenticeships alongside detailed brand training, supporting progression into F&B management roles. Flexible shift patterns and contracted hours are negotiable during the interview. Responsibilities Serve guests with professionalism and courtesy. Manage table flow and communicate with the kitchen and management. Maintain a clean and welcoming dining environment. Assist in training new staff and promote brand standards.
