Overview Family Time Supervisor | 8812 | Permanent Contract | 37 hours per week | £26,403 to £28,142 per annum | Grade E | Norwich An exciting opportunity has arisen to be part of the Family Time service in Norwich and to join our team as a Family Time Supervisor. Responsibilities As a Family Time Supervisor, you will be customer focused and will facilitate and supervise court ordered family time between looked after children and their families. Work alongside practitioners to support Vital Signs for Children. Requirements / Skills excellent ICT skills, including Word excellent customer service and communication skills good organisational skills fantastic team working ability to work to tight deadlines cultural awareness professional conduct and ability to manage sensitive information friendly, approachable, empathic and non-judgemental Other information This post involves working closely with children and is subject to an Enhanced Disclosure application to the Disclosure and Barring Service and will be subject to six months\' probation. Full training will be provided and you will be supported by an experienced, friendly, knowledgeable and established team. Your application will be assessed against the essential and desirable criteria stated in the job description and person specification. If you are successfully shortlisted, you will be asked to attend an interview.
