My client is a well-established, small general practice based in the mid‑Kent area. We are seeking an experienced Client Manager with a minimum of five years’ practice experience, ideally fully qualified, to manage and develop a diverse portfolio. Responsibilities Managing and growing an existing client portfolio Preparing accounts, management accounts and handling tax compliance work Acting as a primary point of contact for clients, ensuring strong relationships and service delivery Mentoring and developing a small team, ensuring high‑quality output Contributing to the firm’s continued growth and maintaining its strong reputation This is an excellent leadership opportunity for an ambitious professional who wants to combine technical expertise with meaningful client interaction and team development within a supportive, long‑standing practice.
