The company provides ambient, chilled, frozen, fresh produce to customers in Education, Hotels & Restaurants, Care homes and Leisure. Role An opportunity has arisen for a credit controller. The role will include the following duties: Manage customer accounts and monitor outstanding balances. Liaise with internal and external customers to resolve queries. Credit check and process new account forms. Chase overdue payments and reduce bad debt. Resolve billing discrepancies and customer disputes. Prepare regular reports on debt, cash flow, and credit risk. Ensure compliance with company credit policies and UK regulations. Cover colleague’s workload in their absence.
