Accounts Receivable Assistant

Job Description Do you enjoy working in a customer‑centred environment? If you do, then you might be really well‑suited to this Accounts Receivable Assistant role. This role sits within the Accounts Receivable and Procure to Pay team of the Business Administration Service and is responsible for raising all customer invoices and managing supplier payments for goods, works and services. As an Accounts Receivable Assistant you will raise customer invoices, address customer queries, collect outstanding invoices and allocate payments. Our Goals Within The Accounts Receivable Team Are Reduce outstanding debt position Improve the customer experience Increase the number of invoices paid by direct debit Improved reporting and monitoring We Are Looking For Someone Who Is customer centred with strong communication skills Has a high level of numeracy skills and experience with Microsoft Office Can manage tight deadlines with an adaptable and flexible approach If this sounds like the job for you then we can offer you a flexible and agile working pattern with a hybrid of office and home working within a committed team.
