Reeson Education is looking for a committed and enthusiastic Early Years Practitioner to join a warm and caring early years setting in Waltham Forest. This role is perfect for an experienced Early Years Practitioner or someone newly qualified at Level 2 or Level 3 who is passionate about working with young children in a nurturing and engaging environment.

As an Early Years Practitioner, you'll support children aged 0-5 through creative, play-based learning, helping them build essential early development skills. You will join a strong, supportive team that values high-quality early years practice and child-centred learning.

Role Details for the Early Years Practitioner:

Pay: £13.69-£15.87 per hour

Location: Walthamstow, Leyton, Chingford, and surrounding areas

Start Date: ASAP

Hours: Full-time, term-time or year-round roles available

Contract: Long-term with potential for permanent placement

Responsibilities of an Early Years Practitioner:

Plan and deliver stimulating early years activities following the EYFS framework

Support children's physical, social, and emotional development

Help maintain a safe and engaging learning environment

Work closely with colleagues to observe and record children's progress

Build positive relationships with families and the wider staff team

Requirements for an Early Years Practitioner:

Level 2 or Level 3 Childcare qualification (or equivalent) is essential

Experience within early years or nursery settings preferred

Strong understanding of the EYFS curriculum

A patient, nurturing, and enthusiastic approach

Good teamwork and communication skills
