Overview Kreston Reeves is a leading professional services firm dedicated to providing exceptional audit services to our clients. We are seeking a Audit Semi Senior professional for a permanent full‑time role based in London. Responsibilities Participate in audit planning meetings and prepare or delegate key client audit work in line with agreed budgets, ensuring adherence to The KR Way standards of performance. Prepare specific audit file sections, including audit programmes, sampling forms, debtors/sales, creditors, bank, P&L reviews, wages, stock (excl. complex areas), investments, fixed assets, VAT, opening balances, system notes, and use data analytics. Prepare completion sections, consulting with senior team members on Going Concern, estimates, and fraud where appropriate. Assist with planning and completion sections as delegated. Maintain regular and timely communication of progress and workload with senior audit staff. Complete job appraisal forms and apply learnings from one audit to the next. Clear manager & appropriate RI review points. Act as a key point of contact for nominated clients during audit field work, returning phone calls and written correspondence within required deadlines. Discuss audit queries with client contacts where appropriate. Lead people management and development activities, supporting assistants involved in production and delivery of audit work. Ensure clear task plans & milestones for each piece of audit work and provide feedback on adherence to standards, errors, and learning opportunities. Qualifications ACA/ACCA Part Qualified. Strong audit experience and proficiency in audit standards.
