Role Overview We are looking for a Principal Product Designer to join us on our mission of Healthier Pets = Happier Owners. What you will be doing Gain understanding of the veterinary / pet healthcare world, customers and users, leveraging prior research and contributing to user research artefacts over time. Champion user-centred principles by setting context, mapping stories / services, prototyping, iterating and measuring impact, and helping product teams mature their practices. Think big, test small with end-to-end thinking, while remaining pragmatic about feasibility within a digital transformation and short feedback loops. Shape strategy by leading 0 to 1 initiatives, evaluating value, viability and feasibility in collaboration with other Principals or Heads of Product, Engineering and Architecture.
