Part-Time Dental Support Manager We are looking for a Part-Time Dental Support Manager to support our Practice Manager and help ensure smooth, compliant, and patient-focused operations. Ideal for candidates with dental industry and management experience, including Senior Nurses ready to step up. Key Responsibilities: Assist with reports, admin, and daily practice operations. Manage main reception duties and support efficient appointment bookings. Handle patient complaints professionally and support service recovery. Support compliance processes and ensure access to records is managed correctly. Drive excellent customer service and help improve appointment occupancy. Work collaboratively with the dental team. Requirements: Dental or healthcare experience, with management or leadership background. Strong communication, organization, and multitasking skills. Ability to work independently and confidently handle patients and processes.
