About the role We are looking for a motivated Senior Associate, to join our dynamic Corporate and Commercial team in Chelmsford. You will manage complex work independently, collaborate effectively within a high‑performing team, and provide supervision and support to junior colleagues. What this role would include Manage a complex, mixed caseload of corporate and commercial matters with minimal supervision. Provide supervision, mentoring and coaching to junior lawyers. Use technology and firm systems effectively to support performance in line with Lexcel standards. Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, referrers and other external stakeholders. What we are looking for While the following skills and qualifications are beneficial, we encourage you to apply even if you do not meet every requirement: A qualified solicitor in England and Wales with 6+ PQE in Corporate and Commercial law. Experience supervising and developing junior team members. Outstanding communication skills – written, verbal and presentation. A strong grounding in private equity, and/or exposure to banking matters, would be desirable though not essential.
