The CMHT works very much in a multi-disciplinary way and you will work closely with the other members of the CMHT to include Resident Doctors, Advanced Nurse Practitioners, CPNs, OTs, psychologists, psychotherapists, physical health practitioners, and a dietician.There are separate community teams for Older Adults and Assertive Outreach Teams. And also a dedicated Home Treatment Team with the building.
