We run a variety of initiatives, including mental health workshops, work experience programmes, and skills training to support young people in achieving their goals.We are looking for a Community Project Officer to support the delivery of our projects. This is a flexible, part-time role ideal for someone passionate about youth development, community work, and event coordination.ResponsibilitiesAssist in planning and delivering community projects and events.Support the coordination of workshops, mentoring sessions, and outreach initiatives.Engage with young people, volunteers, and partners to ensure smooth project delivery.Help with administrative tasks such as tracking attendance, gathering feedback, and reporting on project outcomes.Assist with marketing and communications, including social media updates and promotional materials.Support logistics, including setting up for events and liaising with venues and suppliers.Role RequirementsMust be 18 or over.Passion for community work and youth empowerment.Strong organisational and communication skills.Ability to work independently and take initiative.Experience in event planning, project coordination, or community outreach is a plus.Basic IT skills (email, Microsoft Office, social media).How to apply?To apply for this role, please email your CV and a short cover letter outlining your experience and interest in the role to info@beyondthebias.co.uk. #J-18808-Ljbffr
