They are happy to see law / LPC graduates looking for their first paralegal role and will provide full training on all aspects of litigation and corporate recovery case management. A small selection of duties will include:Opening and closing filesIssuing court proceedings and enforcementsDrafting legal documentsReviewing evidenceLiaising with CounselRegular client contact / providing updates and reportsResponsibilitiesIt is essential that you have a law degree / GDL and although the LPC would be beneficial, it is not essential.
