Full training will be provided to support theright candidate to become a Registered Clinical Technologist.Expected ShortlistingDate12/01/2026Planned InterviewDate13/02/2026Main duties of the jobYouwill be responsible for performing quality assurance checks on x-rayequipment throughout the Leeds Teaching Hospitals NHS Trust and for ourexternal customers. Duties include routine x-ray quality assurance andinvestigations, as well as working both independently and alongsidecolleagues to perform acceptance tests, critical examinations and faultinvestigations. Additional duties include analysing patient dose data tosupport optimisation of exposures, performance testing and arranging externalcalibration of test equipment, development of spreadsheets and test protocolsand maintaining documentation relating to our Quality Management System.Frequent travel across Yorkshire is required and you should have your ownmeans of transport.About usLeedsTeaching Hospitals NHS Trust is one of the largest teaching hospitals in theUK.
