Contracts Manager - Responsive Repairs Loughton/Hertford£55,000 + Car Allowance + Benefits United Infrastructure is growing, and we're looking for an experienced Contracts Manager to join our expanding Responsive Repairs division. This is an exciting opportunity to take ownership of a newly awarded contract, leading a high-performing operational and commercial team. The Role As our Contracts Manager, you'll be responsible for overseeing a responsive repairs delivery model, managing both direct labour and a diverse supply chain. You'll ensure contract performance, drive efficiencies, and maintain excellent client relationships. Procurement and negotiation of subcontractor packages will also form a major part of the role. Key Responsibilities Manage a responsive repairs contract across East London and the Home Counties Oversee direct labour teams and supply chain partners Ensure strong commercial and operational performance Lead procurement and negotiate work packages Drive efficiencies and continuous improvement Interrogate data to support performance and reporting Maintain excellent client engagement and service delivery Ensure best practice in Health & Safety About You 5+ years' experience working for a maintenance or main contractor Proven leadership experience within repairs or maintenance Strong data analysis/interrogation skills Competent with Microsoft Project & Excel trackers Excellent communication and relationship-building skills Strong Health & Safety awareness Full UK driving licence SMSTS qualification #J-18808-Ljbffr
