Each person is unique, which is why we develop care plans specifically tailored to our customers and their needs. This may include any of the following:Providing personal care duties such as showering, dressing, toileting and continence care.Administering / assisting with medicationSupport with any dietary needs and fluid intakeManual handling, using equipment where necessaryLight household tasks such as hoovering, laundry and dishesPromoting customer health and well-being, enabling them to live their life to the fullYour Experience and Suitability for the Care Assistant RoleTo provide excellent quality care, we need people who are naturally compassionate, caring and patient to join our team. Full training and support are provided to all our care assistants. All you need to get started is:A full UK drivers licenseAccess to a vehicleRight to work in the UKExcellent level of EnglishBecause We Care About YouWe understand that every member of our team has their own family to care for, which is why we offer a choice between full-time and part-time roles.
