Care Assistant Queensmount Care Home, 18 Queens Park W Dr, Bournemouth BH8 9DA CQC rating: Outstanding Pay: £12.60 - £13.60 per hour (depends on experience) Contract: Full Time or Part Time – Permanent Key Responsibilities Support residents with a wide range of requirements from companionship to personal care. Observe and manage residents’ behaviour, document and report changes in line with legislation. Support residents’ nutrition and hydration needs, encouraging them to eat and drink per care plan. Provide essential physical and mental stimulation through social and recreational activities, individually and in groups. Maintain accurate care plans in line with regulatory and legal requirements. What we’re looking for Motivation, positivity, and great interpersonal skills. Excellent communication skills and the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
