This 1500 acre world‑class private training facility boasts five private training tracks, full facilities, a staff of over 130 people and is the heart of the Hayes training operation. This is a full‑time position offering the rare opportunity to work daily with some of Australia’s top racehorses, within a facility that blends elite performance standards with an exceptional rural lifestyle.
