Preconstruction Planner – Civil Engineering / GroundworksLocation : GlasgowJob Type: Full-time, directly employed (hybrid)This leading engineering contractor is looking for a planner who can build strong, reliable preconstruction programmes for civils and groundworks projects. If you’re confident with Primavera P6, project controls, and complex environments like Data Centres, this one could be of interest.What you’ll be up toBuild and maintain detailed precon programmes in Primavera P6.Set up solid project controls — tracking progress, reporting, forecasting.Spot risks and opportunities early and plan around them.Work closely with clients, designers, and internal teams to keep programmes accurate and realistic.Manage change control and keep documentation tight.Make sure everything aligns with company standards and best practice.Deliver clear, timely reports to senior stakeholders.Help drive improvements across the planning process.What You’ll BringEssentialProven experience as a Planner in heavy civils / groundworks.Track record working for civils contractors.Strong Primavera P6 and project controls skills.Experience with Data Centres or similar complex projects.Strong analytical and organisational skills.DesirableA relevant planning or project management qualification.Degree in civil engineering.Membership of APM or similar body.Brilliant opportunity to join at a stage of planned growth #J-18808-Ljbffr
