Cybersecurity Business Analyst – Wipro Join Wipro’s Cybersecurity team as a Business Analyst to deliver secure, high‑value solutions across IT infrastructure, application development and cloud environments. Responsibilities Lead business workshops to elicit and challenge functional and non‑functional requirements, converting them into process and systems solutions aligned with IT and business drivers. Document requirements clearly, concisely and timely for handover to Solution Architects, Test Leads and Project delivery teams. Maintain requirements acceptance criteria, traceability and integrity throughout the project lifecycle with internal and external suppliers. Quantify and assess business benefits of change requests, impact on scope and requirements. Work directly with multiple IT projects to apply standard technical risk assessment methods, identify, prioritize risks and recommend remediation. Review architecture and design documents to ensure correct implementation of security technology controls. Contribute to risk assessment approaches, systemization of security advisory services and development of improved security controls. Experience & Knowledge Risk management concepts including assessment, treatment and frameworks (IRAM2, OCTAVE, NIST, ISO 27005). Information Security Management System frameworks and standards, compliance frameworks (SOX, PCI DSS, SSAE16). Working knowledge of security technologies and domains: network security, cyber security, data security, identity & access management, application security, cloud security (SaaS, IaaS, PaaS). Advising on or developing security architectures and designs for one or more technology domains. Experience with security technologies: firewalls, WAFs, DLP, cryptography, vulnerability scanning, identity & access management. Delivering security changes to meet CISO business needs, understanding cyber threats (phishing, data theft, domain fronting, HTML smuggling). Strong understanding of risk and issue management, data loss prevention controls and financial organisations’ security requirements. Basic cloud knowledge (AWS, Azure, GCP). Skills & Qualifications Proven business analysis, problem solving, issue tracking and resolution skills. In‑depth understanding of cyber security and security operations concepts, tooling and practices. Agile Business Analyst experience within a cyber security environment. Excellent communication skills to capture requirements and express them concisely. Ability to develop user flows, process diagrams and documentation. Appreciation of threat intelligence techniques and the threat landscape for Financial Services organisations. Created and published procedural and policy documentation and guidance. Bridge communications gap between business users and security functions during process analysis. Bridge communications gap between CISO teams and cyber security tool providers during solution analysis. Impact assess security problems raised by CISO teams. Map current and target security operations model and processes. Gather business requirements to assist in finding appropriate solutions to cyber security problems. Facilitate ‘show and tell’ sessions with business users and/or CISO teams to demonstrate security solutions.
