Kenton Black are recruiting for a permanent Senior Quantity Surveyor role in Aberdeen.Our client, a reputable main contractor with a strong presence in commercial and public sector construction, is looking to appoint a Senior Quantity Surveyor to join their dynamic team. This role offers the opportunity to work across a diverse range of projects and play a key part in the financial management of construction delivery.Key ResponsibilitiesManage costs across multiple projects from tender to final accountPrepare bills of quantities, subcontract packages, and valuation reportsEnsure all commercial aspects of the contract are maintained effectivelyIdentify and manage potential commercial risks and opportunitiesCollaborate with site teams, subcontractors, and external consultantsWhat You BringProven track record as a Quantity Surveyor within the main contracting environmentStrong working knowledge of construction contracts and proceduresExcellent attention to detail and sound commercial judgementDegree in Quantity Surveying or equivalent professional experienceA proactive, confident approach with excellent communication skillsWhy This Role?Our client offers a forward-thinking environment that supports professional growth and fosters collaboration.
