The program will include rotations within the following areas, each constructed with key learning objectives in mind: Land & Partnerships > Technical > Commercial > Development > Regional Finance > Construction > Development & Land Based in our Leicester office from September 2026, you will rotate through all these areas over an 18‑month programme, starting and finishing within the Land & Partnerships or Development department. During your final rotation, transition talks will be held, offering the possibility of moving into the Land, Partnerships or Development teams once rotations are complete.
