Learning Support Assistant (LSA) £90 to £115 per day, PAYE We’re supporting a friendly, community-driven secondary school in the North East that puts pride, respect, and achievement at the heart of everything they do. They’re looking for an LSA who brings warmth, patience, and a steady presence to the classroom. What you’ll be doing Supporting pupils across lessons, including 1:1 and small-group work Helping students build confidence and independence Working alongside the SEN and pastoral teams Encouraging positive behaviour and strong routines What you’ll need Experience working with young people A calm, caring approach A genuine belief in helping pupils feel valued and capable What you’ll get with Protocol Education Weekly PAYE pay, no umbrella companies Free online CPD Personal support from your consultant A long-term opportunity in a school with a strong wellbeing culture This is a lovely chance to join a school where every day feels meaningful.
