At Wessex Garages, we're looking for a friendly and professional individual to join our team in our Gloucester Dealership.As a key member of our service team, you’ll be the first point of contact for our customers—whether it’s taking calls, coordinating bookings in our workshop diary, or providing support for ongoing jobs. You'll also help prepare handover paperwork, respond to online and phone enquiries with accurate estimates, and support our Service Advisors to ensure a seamless experience for our customers.In this role, a helpful, positive attitude and strong attention to detail will go a long way.Responsibilities:Responding to online enquiries promptly and professionallyAssisting customers over the phone to book appointments and accurately logging their requestsCreating accurate and detailed job cards and checking for recalls, technical campaigns, and review indicatorsProviding support to service advisors and assisting with estimatesLiaising with the workshop team regarding parts availability, diagnostics, and job updatesDelivering the Wessex Garages Customer Satisfaction Promise in all tasks that you doFollowing manufacturer guidelines for booking and service processesAssisting the Service Manager with EMAC and Nissan Debt tasksCovering the Workshop Controller when neededRequirements:Excellent verbal and written communication skillsA strong commitment to delivering top-notch customer serviceGreat organisational skills and the ability to manage multiple tasksWhat we offer:Working Pattern: 8am – 6pm Mon – Fri with Saturdays 8am – 12:30pm on a rotaSalary: National Minimum Wage with opportunities to earn bonusesHoliday Allowance – Enjoy 22 days of annual leave plus bank holidays, with extra days added the longer you stay with us.Pension Scheme – We contribute to your future with company-backed pension support.Exclusive Employee Schemes – Take advantage of our discounted car purchase programme and Cycle to Work scheme after completing your probation.Wellbeing Support – Through our partnership with Menable, a specialist service for the automotive sector, you’ll have free access to confidential coaching, wellbeing check ins, and referral support where needed.Health Benefits – We provide complimentary eye tests and flu vaccination vouchers to help you stay healthy year-round.Event Perks – As proud sponsors of Bristol Bears Rugby, we offer a limited number of free tickets to each game for our colleagues.We are an equal opportunities employer and welcome applications from all suitably qualified persons. #J-18808-Ljbffr
