Senior Civil Engineer

Our client, an innovative joint venture in the water engineering sector, is currently seeking a Senior Civil Engineer to join their teams in delivering significant water and wastewater projects across the region.
Key Responsibilities:
Providing design support and guidance to ensure all designs meet current legislation and standards
Collaborating with commercial, operational, and construction teams to develop efficient, practical, and safe solutions
Engaging positively with clients, managing relationships, and supporting them in achieving their aims
Managing the integration of civil design with other disciplines and producing necessary documentation
Acting as technical checker on project documents and undertaking technical reviews for projects
Identifying opportunities to improve delivery processes, including standard designs, sustainable solutions, and digital tools
Conducting site reviews to ensure buildability and integration within existing systems
Coaching and mentoring engineers to develop their skill set and managing team resources
Job Requirements:
Degree in Civil Engineering or related field
Chartership (CEng) with a relevant Engineering Institution
Experience in delivering high-quality outputs adhering to design, quality, and safety standards
Strong communication skills with team members and stakeholders
Methodical approach to problem-solving
Valid driving licence and willingness to travel to sites
