M365/SharePoint Architect

OverviewWe are seeking an experienced M365/SharePoint Architect to help our clients reimagine their digital workplace. This role requires a blend of strategic leadership and technical experience. You will guide customers through major migrations from on-premises SharePoint to SharePoint Online, establishing the right design and governance model and providing trusted advice in shaping the broader M365 landscape. You will be a trusted advisor, bringing a blend of technical knowledge, business consulting expertise and the ability to influence the customer at all levels. This role also offers an opportunity to advance your AI skills, working at the forefront of Microsoft’s AI ecosystem to shape and deliver transformational solutions using Copilot, Copilot Studio, and the AI capabilities within Microsoft 365 and Power Platform. You will help organisations reimagine how they work, embedding AI into business processes and user experiences, while developing your own expertise as a trusted advisor in enterprise AI adoption. Responsibilities Lead SharePoint migrations from on-premises to SharePoint Online, including governance, security, compliance, and adoption considerations. Design and govern M365 architectures with a focus on SharePoint Online and related technologies. Advise clients at multiple stakeholder levels and influence decisions. Leverage Power Platform (Power Apps, Power Automate, Power BI) and its integration with SharePoint/M365. Apply AI capabilities within Microsoft 365 and Power Platform to drive business transformation. Qualifications Essential Skills & Experience: Strong background in M365 architecture (especially SharePoint Online) with governance, compliance, security, and adoption expertise. Experience leading SharePoint migrations from on-premises to Online; proficiency with migration tooling and troubleshooting. Proficiency in Power Platform integration with SharePoint/M365; excellent communication and presentation skills. Knowledge of Microsoft Copilot and its adoption patterns; ability to explain technical concepts to both technical and business audiences. Passion for leveraging AI and modern digital tools to revitalise legacy systems. Desirable: Microsoft certifications (MS-600, MS-700, MS-740 or equivalent Architect certifications). Experience with Teams, Exchange Online, Security & Compliance; Azure services that complement M365 (Identity, Integration). Change management/adoption experience. Why Version 1?
