What you will do Undertake comprehensive assessments of needs for children in care, ensuring their voices are heard and welfare is prioritized. Develop and implement effective care plans in collaboration with multi-disciplinary teams. Provide professional support and supervision to less experienced staff. Liaise with families, carers, and service providers to secure optimal support networks for children. Regularly review case progress to ensure a high standard of care and support. Advocate for the rights and needs of each child, promoting their integration into the wider community. Requirements To excel in this role, you will need a degree or equivalent qualification in social work, along with current registration with Social Work England. Significant experience working as a qualified social worker on the frontline of social services within the UK is essential.
