Primera Healthcare prides themselves in delivering a high-quality service to children and young people, by recruiting only the highest calibre of staff who show a genuine interest in improving people's lives.We have recently been awarded a contract with the local authority and are seeking to employ experienced care workers who will be responsible for providing care to children with complex care needs. They will play a vital role in supporting the parents of the service users and working with a flexible and holistic approach which will include activities both inside and outside the home.As part of our team you will receive full on-going training tailored around the needs of the service users. You may be required to drive and you will work on a shift basis which may require waking nights and sleep overs. It would be advantageous if you have a QCF health and social care level 2 qualification, but if not, we will support you in achieving this within twelve months of joining the team.
