Responsibilities Manage and motivate others to achieve store goals and deliver excellent customer service. Contribute to achieving targets and increasing sales while maintaining a strong customer experience. Support the development and growth of team members through coaching and guidance. Utilise business acumen to drive performance and profitability within the store. About you You love watching others succeed in their careers. You thrive on hitting key performance indicators and achieving sales & profit goals. You appreciate the importance of great customer service and get satisfaction from exceeding your customers' expectations.
