We are looking for an Assistant Manager in Marlow, England, to support the Store Manager and lead the retail team. Act as a retail ambassador and promote products tailored to customer needs. Use a variety of selling techniques to convert customer interactions into sales. Maintain high retail standards and deliver excellent customer service on the shop floor. Support the team to meet targets and drive store KPIs. Coach and motivate the retail team on customer service, selling techniques, and daily tasks. Ensure compliance with company policies and operational procedures. Support analysis of store performance reports and help implement ideas to improve KPIs. Help maintain the store's visual merchandising standards and brand aesthetic. Desired Skills Proven retail experience, ideally with supervisory or assistant management experience. Experience in people management and the ability to motivate a team. Competent in Excel, Word, and Microsoft Teams. Highly organised and able to manage a busy retail environment. Solution‑focused, self‑motivated, and comfortable supporting store operations.
