Role Overview This is a versatile, high‑velocity role that blends high‑level executive support with operational strategy and product research. You will work side‑by‑side with the Founders and the Head of Operations, acting as the "glue" that keeps the company moving fast. Responsibilities Founder Enablement & Decision Support Proactively support the founders' bandwidth, handling complex logistics and "noise" so they can focus on strategy; prepare context for meetings. Help structure the decision‑making process, gathering data, documenting options and capturing the "Why" behind choices. Creative Strategy & Content Support the Head of Operations in drafting impactful copy for social media and external communications. Execute the content strategy and ensure narrative is effectively distributed across social media. Operations Execution & Events Collaborate with the Head of Operations to build and document customer support workflows. Manage logistics for monthly team off‑sites and public‑facing company events. Product & Market Intelligence Conduct user research and gather feedback for founders. Translate raw data into digestible briefs to highlight signal from noise. Preferred Qualifications & Traits Organisation geek – master of Linear/Notion, ensuring information is easily found. AI‑native (non‑negotiable) – uses agentic browsers and complex prompting to automate research and drafting. Strong writer – produces persuasive, informative copy. Thrives in asynchronous cultures – documents reasoning clearly to avoid endless meetings. Discerning – high bar for quality across all deliverables. Takes ownership, proactively removes tasks from founders’ to‑do lists. 1‑2 years experience in high‑growth startups, consulting, or similar environments.
