Here’s how you’ll make an impact in this role: You’ll make significant contributions in the following areas: Creating regional account plans to define, target and successfully close business opportunities in order to achieve and exceed sales targets Planning and prioritising sales activities to maximise face to face customer contact Liaising with internal functions to agree commercial proposals and effectively use these in customer negotiations Supporting customers with product evaluations and trials to promote sales opportunities Deliver agreed activity rates to ensure coverage and frequency of target customers/focus products and to drive sales of Mölnlycke ORS portfolio Presenting our brand value propositions and value‑added customer centric solutions for the defined portfolio Develop Key Opinion Leader (KOL) relationships to increase their support, usage and advocacy of selected Mölnlycke products What you’ll get Salary circa £55,000 depending on experience Performance related annual bonus up to £60,000 £600 monthly car allowance Private pension up to 10% company contribution Life assurance and Income protection Employee Assistance Programme What you bring Clear med‑device sales experience, ideally within a surgical/theatre environment Strong track record of exceeding targets and building business relationships Understanding of NHS Procurement processes Degree in a related field such as Business or Marketing would be beneficial Well‑developed communication, presentation and analytical skills Strong multichannel solution selling background Our approach to Diversity and Inclusion We’re building a workplace where everyone feels seen, heard, and valued.
