Your experience in high-pressure environments will be invaluable as you take on this critical role. What You’ll Be Doing Collaborating with a dedicated team to maintain and service our electric trains to the highest standards Conducting maintenance, servicing, and repairs with precision, ensuring our trains are safe and ready for daily service Using diagnostic software to identify and resolve issues, focusing on proactive problem-solving to prevent future faults Sharing your knowledge and experience with apprentices and colleagues, fostering a culture of continuous learning and safety Adhering to strict safety regulations and maintaining a clean, secure working environment About You NVQ Level 3 in Electrical Engineering or equivalent military engineering qualifications Proven ability to troubleshoot in fast-paced, technical environments Flexible and adaptable to the varying demands of train maintenance and operational needs Proactive with the initiative and motivation to uphold the highest safety standards Comfortable using diagnostic software and conducting root cause analysis What’s in it for you?
