This role offers excellent opportunities to provide high‑quality scheduled, unplanned, and reactive maintenance works across our clients’ sites. Responsibilities Provide scheduled, unplanned, and reactive maintenance works to our clients’ sites. Demonstrate knowledge in the following areas: preventive maintenance (PPM) works, roofing, drainage, joinery, fabric works, basic electrical, and plumbing works. This is a physically demanding role and requires travel across a variety of industries. Essential Qualifications Minimum of 1 year experience in this or a similar role, supported by references. Full UK Driving Licence. We have an extensive training programme for all employees to encourage continuous professional development and progression within the company.
