Overview Residential Conveyancer, 5+ Years PQE, Stoke on Trent £60,000+ (DOE) - Working alongside the Head of Residential Property, this is a fantastic opportunity for an experienced Residential Conveyancer to take the lead on a wide range of matters and play a key role in developing and expanding our conveyancing offering. JOB REF: 0376 Responsibilities You will provide a comprehensive, proactive, and high-quality conveyancing service to a broad range of clients. You will have the opportunity to contribute strategically to the growth of the team while managing your own caseload. Advise on all aspects of residential conveyancing, including sales, purchases, transfers of equity, re-mortgages, new builds, adverse possession, leasehold properties, shared ownership, and listed buildings. Draft contracts and transfer deeds, respond to enquiries, and manage matters through to exchange and completion. Liaise with clients, agents, and internal departments including Matrimonial and Private Client teams. Help drive business development and build relationships both internally and in the Cardiff market. Skills / Requirements 5+ years PQE and a strong track record in residential property. Experience across a broad range of conveyancing matters, including complex and high-value transactions. Strong presence and confidence working in the Stoke property market. Excellent drafting skills and technical legal knowledge. A commercial mindset and the ability to nurture client relationships. A proactive, organised, and detail-oriented approach.
