Role Overview As a Graduate / Trainee Recruitment Consultant, you’ll learn how to manage the full recruitment lifecycle, including: Sourcing and headhunting talented professionals across the energy sector. Building lasting relationships with clients and candidates. Writing and optimising job adverts for top engagement. Managing interviews, offers, and the end-to-end placement process. Developing your own specialist market within renewable energy, engineering, or sustainability. Working to achieve and exceed targets - your effort equals your earnings. You’ll receive hands‑on mentorship from experienced recruiters and all the tools you need to succeed.
