Our prestigious US firm, a global leader in legal services, is seeking ambitious and driven Newly Qualified (NQ) lawyers to join our dynamic Investment Funds team in September 2025.

You'll be working alongside some of the industry's most respected practitioners, gaining invaluable experience on cutting-edge deals.

The Role:

As an NQ in our Investment Funds team, you will:

  • Advise on the formation, structuring, and operation of a wide range of investment funds.
  • Draft and negotiate fund documentation, including limited partnership agreements and subscription agreements.
  • Conduct legal due diligence and regulatory analysis.
  • Work closely with senior lawyers on complex transactions, gaining exposure to sophisticated legal work.
  • Develop your expertise in a fast-paced and intellectually stimulating environment.

What We're Looking For:

  • A highly motivated and academically strong individual.
  • A training contract with a reputable law firm.
  • Essential: At least one seat completed in Investment Funds.
  • A genuine passion for the investment funds industry.
  • Excellent communication and drafting skills.
  • A strong work ethic and the ability to thrive in a team environment.
  • Anticipated qualification in September 2025.
