Commercial Associate Solicitor

Following a period of significant growth, our client is seeking an experienced Associate Solicitor to join their specialist Corporate and Business Team.The team provides expert legal advice across a diverse range of commercial matters, including:Business sales, acquisitions, and reorganisationsCommercial contracts and trading termsIntellectual property and licensing (including software licences)Supply, distribution, and manufacturing agreementsFranchise, agency, and consultancy arrangementsShareholder agreements, joint ventures, and strategic partnershipsKey Responsibilities:As a Commercial Associate Solicitor, you will be a confident, commercially minded professional with proven experience advising business clients on complex commercial agreements.
