Your responsibilities will include:Performing planned preventative maintenance (PPM) on plumbing systems to a high standard.Undertaking tank replacements and plumbing repairs in various commercial and domestic environments.Conducting water sampling and temperature monitoring.Responding to reactive maintenance tasks, diagnosing and resolving issues across commercial plumbing systems.Installing, repairing, and maintaining various plumbing fixtures, TMVs, pipework modification, and removing dead legs.Collaborating with teams, maintaining accurate records, and adhering to health and safety regulations.QualificationsTo be successful in this role, you will need a City & Guilds Level 2 in Plumbing (or equivalent) and ideally G3 Unvented Hot Water Systems certification. You should have proven experience in commercial plumbing and routine water hygiene tasks.
