OverviewStantec is seeking a Project Manager to join our Water Sector team. This role can be based from either our Manchester or Warrington office with hybrid working allowing a mix of in‑office and home working. Our offices are located a few minutes from the train station and have good public transport links.ResponsibilitiesDeliver complex water sector projects at every stage of the project lifecycle with multi-disciplinary teams.Build close relationships with internal and external stakeholders and ensure projects are delivered on time, to budget, and to a high level of quality with excellent client service.Manage a portfolio of water sector projects, proactively identify and mitigate potential risks, and manage budgets and resources.Support career development within the Project Management community and participate in discipline-specific training; assistance for external qualifications (such as the APM’s PMQ) can be provided.Collaborate with the team to drive innovative and sustainable solutions across the water sector.About You / QualificationsExperience in project management, ideally within water, energy, or other utility/infrastructure sectors.Industry-recognised project management qualification such as the APM Project Management Qualification (PMQ) or similar.Experience managing multiple deadlines and building successful working relationships with internal and external stakeholders; demonstrated proactive risk management.Demonstrated passion for innovation and client service with the ambition to contribute to team growth.About StantecThe Stantec community unites more than 34,000 employees working in over 450 locations across 6 continents.
