Change Manager – Change Manager, Business Change Manager, Change Lead, Transformation Change Lead, ERP, D365, SAP, Oracle, JDE, NetSuite, Prosci, Adkar – London – £700-800pd inside IR35 Our end user client is seeking a Change Manager/Change Lead to develop a business change approach and lead the functional impact assessment process. They are about to begin a new implementation of D365 F&O. To be considered for this position candidates must have experience of change management as part of an ERP implementation. The role will typically involve working on-site in London 3 days per week. Key Skills & Experience: Minimum 5 years of experience as a Change Manager, with a proven track record of success in managing large-scale change initiatives. Experience working on ERP implementations is essential. Strong understanding of change management methodologies (e.g., Prosci ADKAR, Kotter’s 8-Step Change Model). Excellent communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills. Ability to build strong relationships with stakeholders at all levels. Main Responsibilities: Partner with project stakeholders to understand the impact of the new ERP system on business processes and user workflows. Develop a comprehensive change management plan that addresses stakeholder needs, communication strategies, training programs, and resistance management. Conduct stakeholder analysis to identify key influencers and potential resistors to change. Develop and deliver clear and compelling communication materials to keep all stakeholders informed throughout the change process. Develop strategies to address resistance to change and build user buy-in.Monitor and measure the effectiveness of the change management plan and make adjustments as needed.
