As an HR Coordinator / Human Resources Administrator you will help maintain accurate employee records, support managers with HR processes and ensure compliance with policies and employment legislation. The HR Coordinator / Human Resources Administrator position offers a varied workload including onboarding, data management and providing first‑line HR advice. Duties Maintaining Employee Records: Ensuring all HR data is accurate, compliant and up to date Completing Pre-Employment Checks: Conducting screening in line with BS7858 standards, verifying documents and updating hiring managers Coordinating Recruitment: Preparing job adverts, scheduling interviews and supporting onboarding activities Providing HR Support: Responding to employee queries in line with HR policies and procedures HR and ER Administrative Support: Dealing with matters such as TUPE transfers, consultations, holiday and redundancy calculations (including co‑ordinating with the payroll team), producing appropriate contractual documentation and written correspondence and any other related tasks Supporting Employee Relations: Assisting with absence, investigations, redundancies, grievances, disciplinaries (including assisting with and taking notes at formal meetings) Producing Documentation: Preparing employment contracts, letters and HR correspondence Managing Administration: Maintaining spreadsheets, Outlook calendars and internal systems Candidate Requirements Essential CIPD Level 3 qualification Previous experience in HR administration, HR support or HR coordination Experience with HR processes including employee relations Confident using HR systems and Microsoft Office Strong communication, organisation and time management skills High attention to detail, accuracy and confidentiality Ability to work independently and use own initiative Proactive approach with willingness to learn and adapt Ability to build positive internal and external relationships Desirable Knowledge of employment law Experience supporting TUPE, consultations or HR project work How to Apply To be considered for this job vacancy, please submit your CV to our Recruitment Team who will review your details.
