More About Your Role As a Swimming Teacher at Places Leisure, you will work in a fun, lively environment with like‑minded colleagues. Your responsibilities include inspiring and engaging students of all ages, delivering class programming, and maintaining excellent instructional standards. You will also support the application of the National Plan for Teaching Swimming, requiring a minimum of UKCC Level 2. Holding a Lifesaving Qualification (NPLQ or NRASTC) is advantageous, but we offer continuous learning and development opportunities for motivated individuals to achieve these qualifications. More About You Passionate about helping people of all ages learn to swim or improve their confidence in the water. Ability to work with customers in groups and sometimes on a one‑to‑one basis, motivating and instructing them during lessons. Friendly, approachable, and patient with strong trust‑building skills.
