Whatever the reason, this role could be for you We’re currently recruiting for a Warehouse Supervisor to join our team supporting our new business win, SGN. As Warehouse Supervisor, you will oversee operations across both our Glasgow and Kilmarnock sites and be responsible for daily achievement of the customer targets and contractual KPI’s and SLA’s while providing effective leadership, motivation and communication to develop your team, making them ‘best in class’. This is a full‑time, permanent position, predominately working Monday to Friday, 09:00 to 17:00. Pay, benefits and more: We’re offering a salary of up to £35,000.00 per annum and 25 days annual leave (plus bank holidays). You’ll also have access to our MyBenefits platform offering a variety of high street discounts, a cycle‑to‑work scheme, cashback cards, a savings scheme and more What you’ll do on a typical day: Understand the forecast and actual volumes each day while assisting planning of resources appropriately with close liaison with the Cluster Manager Identify problems and take decisive action to resolve them using in‑house policy or operational procedures where required Take preventive steps including regular checks on processes to ensure stock is protected and reduce the opportunity for theft or loss Ensure that all equipment is operational and maintained in line with company guidelines while fully supporting the team in the ‘road to Zero’ What you need to succeed at GXO: Previous experience in managing a multi‑skilled team in a fast‑paced environment is essential Prior working knowledge of DLX is advantageous Ability to embrace change and adapt to a rapidly changing environment GXO is an equal opportunity employer.
