Communications Senior Associate – XPS Group We are looking for a Communications Senior Associate to join our Client Communications Team as a permanent, full‑time role based in Bristol or Leeds. The role is Senior Associate level and runs on a hybrid working model. About the Role As a Communications Senior Associate you will work closely with senior consultants, creative teams and our Digital team to design and deliver clear, engaging communications for workplace pension scheme members. This is an early‑career opportunity to develop specialist pension communication skills and contribute to client success. Key Responsibilities Collaborate with consultants and creative teams to deliver projects across print and digital channels. Merge data into communications and manage distribution. Coordinate with suppliers, including print management. Engage with clients to develop communication solutions and build client‑management skills. Assist with data management and analytics. Support marketing initiatives. Your Profile Strong written and verbal communication skills tailored to different audiences. Interest in pension communications and willingness to learn. Experience working with pension schemes or related fields (beneficial but not essential). Ability to work collaboratively with suppliers and stakeholders. Attention to detail in writing, editing and proofing documents. Strong organisational skills with the ability to plan and prioritise effectively. Willingness to contribute ideas for process improvements. Ability to manage multiple projects and deliver high‑quality results. Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint). Basic knowledge of Adobe InDesign and data analysis (beneficial but not essential). What We Offer Competitive salary, annual discretionary bonus, and 25 days’ holiday with buy/sell flexibility.
