The Ideal Candidate
The successful candidate will be an experienced Home Manager with private care market experience, a solid track record of managing medium - large care homes and delivering strong quality ratings.
You must be commercially astute, emotionally intelligent, and skilled in building high-performing cultures.
Key Responsibilities
Lead and inspire a high-performing, compassionate team to deliver exceptional care and resident experience
Drive occupancy growth, visibility and reputation within the community
Ensure full regulatory compliance and strive for Outstanding outcomes
Maintain high average weekly fees and positive (url removed) reviews through consistent quality delivery
Build strong partnerships with external stakeholders, families and local professionals
Model excellent leadership, commercial awareness and a commitment to luxurious, person-centred care
Salary
c£90,000 + quarterly paid bonus (OTE £105kpa)
