We are looking for someone who is motivated, driven and interested in growing their knowledge in the People and TA function. Whether through mentorship, DE&I initiatives, or company-wide wellness events, you’ll be part of a team that values both your career progression and personal wellbeing.Measures of success –In the first few months, you would have:Fully embedded into the team – You’ll have built strong relationships with key stakeholders, from hiring managers to employees, understanding their needs and how HR can support them.Gained confidence in our HR and TA tools – You’ll be comfortable using HiBob (HRIS) and our ATS, ensuring accurate data management, reporting, and a seamless candidate experience.Owned key HR processes – From onboarding new hires to managing probation check-ins and handling employee queries, you’ll be ensuring smooth People operations.Supported an efficient payroll process – You’ll have gained experience in payroll administration, ensuring accuracy and efficiency in submissions.Roles & Responsibilities:People support;Provide first line support to employees on policy related queries; holiday, absence management, family friendly, flexible working and ad hoc requests.Creating and sending contracts of employment.Manage the Onboarding journey, ensuring that new starters receive an efficient and informative experience.Oversee probationary periods - checking in with new starters and managers and send out confirmation or extension letter.Oversee the offboarding process for leavers.Managing and processing employee benefits.Take minutes in formal meetings.Collating, analysing and actioning new starter feedback.Collating and assisting in the administration of the monthly payroll submission ensuring checks are consistently completed and absolute accuracy is maintained.Updating and maintaining our HRIS (HiBob) to ensure data and reporting accuracy.Providing various HR reports from HRIS on a monthly and ad-hoc basis.Support and participate in DE&I activities.Organise business wide social events.Organise ad-hoc wellness days.Maintaining our office and keeping on top of office supplies.Talent Acquisition;Working closely with the Talent Acquisition Director, sourcing and screening candidates.Managing various schedules for interviewing candidates, across various time zones.Accurate use of the ATS for robust data, as well as LinkedIn and additional advertising platforms.Ensure equality, diversity and inclusion is at the forefront in our recruitment practice.A strong focus on candidate experience throughout the interview process to maintain a strong brand reputation.What you will need:Previous experience in an HR Advisory role or similar.Proven delivery in a recruitment agency or in-house TA team, at resourcing level.Strong planning and organisational skills with the ability to prioritise effectively and work to targets.Willingness to learn - we are looking for someone who is excited to develop their HR career.Strong analytical and communication skills, with excellent attention to detail.Knowledge of HR software, preferably HiBob.Confident in using Google Suite.Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, with an inclusive and professional approach to sensitive matters.Supportive of inclusive and diverse working environments.Confidently takes initiative to complete independent tasks.Highly organised and able to manage multiple deadlines.Ability to handle confidential information with discretion and professionalism.A few of our core benefits:Private Healthcare through Vitality.Wellbeing support through Vitality including EAP & Mental Health cover.25 days of Annual Leave (+ Bank Holidays which can be flexed to your needs).For more information on our benefits, perks and what makes us unique, please visit our website here.At Influencer, we’re committed to cultivating an environment that promotes diversity, equity and inclusion.
